Customer Support Associate

We are looking for a person with following qualities: attention to detail, is responsible and able to make independent decisions. You have a positive attitude, you are a self-starter and flexible.

You will be a part of our customer support team, that is responsible for handling loan applications, overall customer support and various administrative tasks. We communicate with the customers over the phone, via e-mail and chat.

Excellent oral and written skills in Finnish and English are required in this task and knowledge of Swedish is seen as a big plus. This is a full-time position and includes some evening and weekend work.

The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
